Whiskey infused quadruple. This beer has its origins in the winter beer 'Roedolph', but has aged on wood chips from apple soaked in whiskey. The apple wood gives an extra dimension to the beer. Unfiltered top-fermented beer. Brewed with 100% Belgian hops.
